A QR Sticker Workflow That Moves Parts off the Shelf

Every core gets a sticker the day it enters the yard. Part number, short title, price, QR to the public listing. That's the rule.

The QR links to the public BTP listing, not an internal SKU. Scans from walk-ins convert faster because the buyer sees live inventory, photos and seller contact from the first scan.

We print on 2" x 3" weatherproof polypropylene labels via a Rollo thermal printer. 300 labels per roll. Batch every Monday.
