Data we collect
Account info (name, email, phone), seller business info, payment metadata through Stripe Connect, listing content (photos, descriptions, prices) and usage analytics (BigQuery). We do not store full payment card numbers; those are handled by Stripe.
How we use it
To operate the marketplace, fulfill orders, moderate listings, send transactional email (SendGrid), export to eBay / Amazon when you opt in, and improve the product through aggregated analytics.
Sharing
We share the minimum information needed with Stripe, Firebase Authentication, Google Cloud Storage, ShipEngine, Algolia, and (if you opt in) eBay and Amazon. We never sell personal data to third parties.
Your rights
You may request access, export or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@bigtruckpage.com. Deletion of your account removes personal data within 30 days, while retaining transactional and tax records where legally required.
