Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about selling, buying, payments, shipping and the QR sticker system on BigTruckPage.com.

How do I post a part or truck for sale?

Sign in and open Dashboard > Post an Ad. The multi-step form walks you through listing type, details, photos, shipping and review. You can save a draft at any step and come back later.

How are payments handled?

Buyers pay the listed price through Stripe Checkout and funds are held in escrow. After the buyer confirms delivery (or automatically 10 days after payment), the seller can request a payout to their Stripe Connect Express account. The platform fee (3-5%) and Stripe processing fee are deducted from the seller's payout; the buyer pays only the listed price.

Can I export listings to eBay and Amazon?

Yes, on Pro and Enterprise plans. Each listing has an 'Export to eBay' and 'Export to Amazon' button. First-time use prompts you to connect your eBay / Amazon account via OAuth. External IDs and links are stored on the listing.

How do shipping and freight work?

Standard parts ship through USPS, FedEx or UPS via ShipEngine rates. Heavy / oversize parts can be marked as LTL freight, which triggers a freight quote workflow. Complete trucks default to seller-arranged or local pickup.

What is the QR sticker for?

Every active part listing gets a QR sticker that links back to the public listing. Print it on a 2" x 3" label and put it on the shelf or core - buyers scan it to open the listing and order on the spot.

Is there a mobile app?

The web app is mobile-first and installs to the home screen as a PWA. Native iOS / Android apps are on the roadmap.

How does moderation work?

New listings enter a moderation queue. Admins review images, pricing and part numbers before listings go live. Most are approved within 24 hours.

How do I contact a seller?

Open any listing and use the 'Contact Seller' form. Messages go into your Dashboard > Messages inbox, and both parties get real-time updates.
